Strength and Conditioning is offered to those senior students interested in pursuing a healthy, active lifestyle. A variety of training principles will be used to allow students the opportunity to experience the benefits of an intense fitness regime. Weight training, core training, circuits, regular runs, and plyometrics will be some of the common challenges for these courses. Students with all levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged to enroll. A high level of determination and commitment will ensure success in these courses.
