AM Strength and Conditioning offers students the opportunity to train outside of the timetable and outside of team practice. You will explore a variety of training principals designed to improve the five components of fitness. All activities are designed to improve overall athletic performance. There will be the opportunity to develop individualized sport specific training programs based on various seasons of play. Everyone will train at their own level. This course would be a perfect fit for pre and post season training for student athletes. This is a full year course that runs outside the timetable.
