This course is designed for students who intend to pursue an apprenticeship or enroll in a trades program in college. Students should successfully complete W10 or FOM10 in order to be eligible to register for W11. 

Workplace Math is for students wishing to enter the workplace, pursue an apprenticeship, or enroll in a trades program at college. This pathway provides students with the mathematical understandings and critical-thinking skills identified for entry into the majority of trades and for direct entry into the work force.  Topics include: algebra, geometry, measurement, number, finance, statistics and probability.
