Yoga for Mindfulness 10, 11 & 12

This course is designed to help students dedicate time to the combined practice of physical movement and mental/emotional techniques to help manage day to day life. Whether you are a dancer/athlete looking for increased strength and flexibility or someone trying yoga for the first time, this is the course for you. Students will improve their holistic well-being by learning about stress management, yoga postures, meditation, breathing techniques, and mindfulness skills. Through this process, practicing students will learn more about themselves and their body. This course is an inclusive course welcome to all students, genders, and abilities.
