Students will develop their intercultural knowledge and competencies through explorations of their individual, cultural, community, provincial, and national identities, and those of people from cultural and/or national identities that differ from our own. Through this course, students will gain the knowledge, awareness, and skills to navigate across cultures and understand the dynamics of global interconnectedness.​ This course is part of the Global and Intercultural Skills Program (GISP) that students may choose to enrol in.  This course and program would give students access to short- & long-term ‘study abroads’ & ‘student exchanges’, as well as possible employment opportunities.  Students that wish to enroll in the Global and Intercultural Skills Program will also receive a program certificate.
