Suggested Prerequisite: Spanish 9
In a continuation of studies in Spanish, aiming to develop listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, special emphasis will be placed on effective communication strategies to increase learner confidence and to enhance positive experiences in language learning. Throughout the course, the learner will be exposed to Spanish culture both traditional and contemporary. Students will be evaluated throughout the course on oral presentations, tests, projects, written assignments and final exam. Assessment will take place in a variety of ways including, peer, self, teacher and portfolio assessment.
